AIDA International is a non profit organization that was founded in 1992 to further the development of freediving. Over the years AIDA International have defined disciplines in freediving and recognize and authenticate world records achieved in these disciplines.

The AIDA ladder supports your development as a freediver all the way from beginner to instructor level. You can enter the AIDA education ladder either at the * (Introductory) or ** (Foundation) level depending on how comfortable you feel in the water.
